Since 2001, her main goal has been to bring about long-lasting change and a positive impact on the women in our communities. The Rebirthing Sisterhood Foundation started as the founder’s vision of a place for women to embrace their vulnerabilities and embody their best version of themselves supported by a network of women. Being surrounded by a circle of friends that provided emotional, mental, spiritual, and professional support was a driving force behind the vision. The women of her circle were graciously known as her sisters.
Every woman should pride herself on her story, including failures and accomplishments. Being accepted for both is a key component of personal growth and development. Instilling confidence and unity ensures a network of women prepared to take their rightful place in our communities.
The Rebirthing Sisterhood Foundation is committed to providing the mentoring, guidance, and support needed to prepare the women of our communities to lead in every aspect of their lives. The “REBIRTHING” begins now.

Dr. Jennifer L. Mills has an impressive and extensive background in nursing, with valuable qualifications in both education and experience. A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Informatics and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) specializing in Leadership in Healthcare Systems indicate a commitment to furthering her knowledge and expertise.
Having 28 years of experience as a practicing nurse shows dedication and a deep understanding of advocacy. Being an advocate exemplifies her compassion and commitment to supporting others in their overall health journey.
Jennifer’s 20 years of leadership experience is also significant, demonstrating her ability to build high-performing teams with successful outcomes. Her experience in leadership is a strong foundation for her vision of mentoring and empowering future leaders, particularly women.
With her personal and professional achievements, she is well-equipped to make a meaningful impact in the mentoring and development of aspiring leaders in all spaces.
